Introducation

Organizing is the process by which the structure and allocation of jobs is determined. Staffing is the process by I which managers select, train, promote and retire workers. Palming is the process by which a manager anticipates the future and discovers alternative courses of action open to him. Controlling is the process that measures current ‘performance and guides it toward some predetermined goal. Communicating is the process by which ideas are transmitted to others for the purpose of affecting a desired result. Directing is the process by which actual performance of subordinates is guided toward common goals.

It entails identification of the needs of the customers and employing marketing strategies with profit objective in mind. International and sales management This growing field deals with-professional handling of international business activities. Retail managers are engaged in customer service, store operations/ management, supply chain management, visual merchandising and retail buying. They are responsible for running stores or departments to meet company’s targets and policies, maximize profit whilst minimizing costs.
Health Care and Hospital Management For the smooth functioning of a hospital, qualified professionals are required who And Hospital are well equipped to face the growing challenges and cater to the specific Management requirements of modern day hospitals. Event management is a process of organizing a professional and focused event, for a particular target audience. It involves visualizing concepts, planning, budgeting, organizing and executing events such as fashion shows, musical concerts, corporate seminars, conferences, exhibitions, wedding celebrations, theme parties, birthdays, product launches etc. it can be divided into two segments, personal and corporate. Functions like birthday parties and weddings are considered personal events while launching a product or a company conference, seminars, workshops, awards functions come under corporate event.
Event management is a multimillion dollar industry which is growing at the rate of 150% per annum with event shorted almost daily.Organizing a perfectly synchronized, well planned, well conducted and memorable event the supervision and services of well trained and experienced event professionals. Therefore event management companies are always on a look out for professionals who can handle such events with expertise and flair.Nature of work
The execution of the event is a process of projecting a small idea in a whole new way. The presentation is what to make the look and feel of the event a wonderful experience for all.
To make an event successful, one needs to have an in-depth understanding of the product or brand for which the being organized, and then plan accordingly.
