The video is about of basic introduction of transistor, it’s characteristics and about bipolar junction transistor(BJT) ,which is made out of silicon type semiconducting material and it is a back-bone electronics components widely used in various digital IC’S and electronics circuits .BJT has three parts Emitter, Base ,Collector. It is a current controller device .It provides suitable direction of electric current flow in an circuits. BJT are of two types I) N-P-N ii) P-N-P.
Both types provides charge carriers by which electric current flow in transistor.
