Vaucheria is a siphonaceous and coenocytic alga . It is aseptate but septa are formed at the time of formation of reproductive structures. The wall of the filament is thin and is made up of an outer layer of pectic substances and an inner layer of cellulosic substances. The asexual reproduction in Vaucheria occurs by means of Aplanospores, Synzoospores ,and akinetes

A Meristem is a localized region of the cell which are dividing actively. There are various theories of the shoot apical Meristem. Apical Theory: It was proposed by Nageli. A single tetrahedral apical cell is the structural and functional unit of the cell . It controls all the growth processes of the cell. It is found in algae, bryophytes and pteridophytes. Histogen Theory: It was proposed by Hanstein. There are three Histogenic layers. Dermatogen which gives rise to epidermis. Periblem is destined to form the cortex. Pleurome forms the vascular cylinder. Tunica Corpus Theory : The peripheral zone consisting of one or more layers of regularly arranged cells is called as tunica and the cells surrounded by tunica is called as corpus. Histogenic layer theory: This theory was proposed by Dermen. There are three Histogenic layers . LI , LII and LIII layers

A Differention Equation is linear in which the dependent variable and its derivative occur in first degree. dy/dx+P.Y=Q(x) L.D.P. is solved by when its multiplied by exp ∫▒〖p dx〗 because by the multiplication of this term the equation become perfect.
The general solution is given by-

Volvox is a coenobial and colonial alga. Volvox colonies multiply so rapidly during the rainy season that the entire pond is covered by them and appears greenish. The colonies are oval to spherical in shape , having 500 to 60, 000 cells. The cells have a typical chlamydomonad type of structure. There is a single nucleus , cup shaped chloroplast , two contractile vacuoles , an eye spot, two flagella inserted at the anterior end. Reproduction in Volvox is of two types — asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction . Asexual reproduction occurs by means of special types of cells located at the posterior end of the colony . These special cells are called as gonidia. Sexual reproduction occurs at the end of the growing season. Male sex organ is known as antheridium and the female sex organ is known as oogonium.

This video lecture is about the clover leaf model of tRNA which is a secondary configuration of single stranded nucleotide tRNA proposed by Holley . It has five asrms with stems and loops formed due to complementary base pairing on itself. It ha amino acid acceptor arm, DHU Arm, Anticodon Arm, Ribosome biding arm and variable arm. tRNA carries raw material amino acid to the Ribosome for Protein Synthesis.

Oxidation of food generates carbon dioxide. Transportation of this by three ways. Approximately 7 % of this transport in dissolved form, 23%in carbaminohaemoglobin form and 70% in bicarbonate form. CO2 enters into erythrocyte and binds with water molecule in the presence of carbonic anhydrase enzyme and formed carbonic acid. This acid dissociates into hydrogen and bicarbonate ions. Hydrogen ion binds with hemoglobin and formed a buffer molecule haemoglobinic acid. Bicarbonate ion passed out from RBC to plasma and bind with Na/K molecules. Due to this positivity of RBC increase and to restore this chloride ion enters in RBC. This phenomenon is known as chloride shift.

In this video MS. VARSHA SHARMA, explains about the Indifference curve. An indifference curve is a graph showing combination of two goods that give the consumer equal satisfaction and utility. Each point on an indifference curve indicates that a consumer is indifferent between the two and all points give him the same utility.
