The term “consumer” refers to an individual who buys goods and services for personal use. The consumer makes the decision on whether to purchase a product or not; thus the consumer is the target of marketing strategies .Marketers create demand. Demand is the willingness to buy a particular product or service. It is caused by a need or motive.

On-the-job training is a type of talent maturity where a employee learns how to do the work through hands-on knowledge. This is in difference to skill formation that is purely cognitive or perceptual. OJT generally gives the trainee the opportunity to work in the same place and with the same equipment that will be used regularly which can make it an efficient approach to learning new things. It can also be a useful tool to helping unemployed people develop new job skills. Poor OJT, however, can result in the trainee developing poor work habits. Training an employee on the job can is one of the most effective teaching methods because it gives the worker practical experience with the tools and equipment he or she will be working with each day. As such, on-the-job training is one of the most common types of training used in the workplace, especially for vocational jobs, such as those in manufacturing. Often, this type of training is unstructured: the new employee is assigned to an experienced worker or supervisor, who demonstrates how the job is done. The trainee may shadow the other worker or workers for several shifts, while learning the steps that make up the job and how to use all of the required equipment. Training is usually conducted one-on-one, and the new worker generally has the chance to perform the different parts of the job with direct supervision.

Effective time management is a main resource to a less stressful existence. These practices can help diminish stress and regain own life. Plan each day. Planning day can help accomplish more and feel more in control of life. Write a to-do list, putting the most important tasks at the top. Keep a schedule of daily activities to minimize conflicts and last-minute rushes. Prioritize your tasks. Time-consuming but relatively unimportant tasks can consume a lot of day. Prioritizing tasks will ensure that spend time and energy on those that are truly important. Say no to nonessential tasks. Consider goals and schedule before agreeing to take on additional work. Take the time need to do a quality job. Doing work right the first time may take more time honest, but errors usually result in time spent making corrections, which takes more time overall. Break large, time-consuming tasks into smaller tasks. Work on them a few minutes at a time until get them all done.

Reference groups are very important role player in buying decision process. Customers refer to their friends, family, colleagues, neighbors etc in the process of buying some offering s of marketers. On the other extreme of definitions, anyone who wants to work for him or herself is considered to be an entrepreneur. In modern business entrepreneur is a very important issue of production as he organizes production of goods & services by coordinating the other factors in an optimum way. He is an organizer & owner of the firm. Production is impossible in his absence.
