CBD is American word and the central Business District is regarded as the organizing centre about which the rest of the city is structured. This is the place where everyone can communicate easily, commercial work is developed and non- government work is done here. If the place is removed then there will not the importance of city. Value of land is very high. At this all the good mode of transportation took place, all the commercial activities took place, each work have their own group like cloth market, vegetable market, this place is easily approachable, CBD is the core of a city. Characterized by the maximum frication of space, tallest building highest land value and greatest concentration of pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
