इस पुस्तक को तैयार करने के लिये मैने नोर्मल विन्सेट पील के साहित्य की मदद ली है तथा मेरे स्वयं के अनुभव व जानकारी के आधार पर इसे तैयार किया गया है। मुझे निष्चित व पूर्ण विष्वास है कि यह अध्ययन सामग्री किसी के भी जिन्दगी में आमोलचुल परिवर्तन ला सकती है।
